Requirements

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer will provide escalated engineering support and customer service for core MyGeotab applications, including the software and associated hardware. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with development teams on fixes, improving monitoring tools and dashboards, implementing automation, conducting system tests, assisting with capacity planning, recommending design enhancements, maintaining documentation, proactively monitoring servers, performing routine maintenance, conducting post-incident reviews, and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
