  • Collecting information from various sources regarding completed patient activities, achieved goals, and processed payments.
  • Ensuring bi-annual reconciliations are strictly scheduled and performed in adherence to contractual guidelines and country regulations.
  • Scheduling and performing final reconciliations, ensuring that site-related payments and accruals are cleared successfully.
  • Responding to and resolving payment-related issues and findings in a timely manner.
  • Exhibiting good financial stewardship in the management of funds, investigator payments, and project finances.
  • Building and managing relationships with study sites and study teams to facilitate flawless financial operations.
