Responsibilities

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie Lean du site en cohérence avec les objectifs globaux de GE Healthcare
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l’adoption des outils Lean (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc.)
  • Piloter des chantiers d’amélioration continue sur les flux, la qualité, la sécurité et la productivité
  • Former, coacher et développer les compétences Lean au sein des équipes
  • Collaborer avec les fonctions transverses (Qualité, Supply Chain, Maintenance, RH) pour ancrer la culture Lean
  • Mesurer et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour garantir la pérennité des actions
