Responsibilities

Définir et déployer la stratégie Lean du site en cohérence avec les objectifs globaux de GE Healthcare
Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l’adoption des outils Lean (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc.)
Piloter des chantiers d’amélioration continue sur les flux, la qualité, la sécurité et la productivité
Former, coacher et développer les compétences Lean au sein des équipes
Collaborer avec les fonctions transverses (Qualité, Supply Chain, Maintenance, RH) pour ancrer la culture Lean
Mesurer et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour garantir la pérennité des actions
