Knowledge of Project Management (and/or Construction Management) practices an asset; preferably 1-3 years Project Management experience through internships, co-ops, and related programs
Effective communication and collaboration skills with a strong sense of urgency and capability to influence and drive rigor within teams (Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance, Contractors) to find low-cost solutions and mitigate risks
Leadership capabilities to organize and deliver success criteria for capital projects, envision the future, enroll others, and achieve breakthrough results
Ability to set priorities and make effective plans for key project objectives related to facility and automation scopes
Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across multi-functional teams, interfaces, and with diverse groups including engineers, operations/start-up personnel, equipment vendors, and construction contractors
Strong team player able to clearly articulate technical issues to Project Teams and Sponsors
Operates with discipline, with demonstrated experience in rigorous systems design, delivery, troubleshooting, and learning from experience
Ability to develop optimum scope for best value solutions for capital projects and determine choice and configuration of technologies for necessary throughput
Responsibilities
Lead Project Management and Construction Management practices (safety, quality, schedule, cost) through execution at the Brantford Fulfillment Center (BRFC)
Lead the startup of facility and utility systems and implementation of future project management and construction management systems
Handle facility master planning, cost savings, throughput increase, flow improvement, and repair, expense, replacement, and expenditure projects at the Brantford Site
Develop and/or reapply warehouse technology solutions, utilize zero/low-cost capital solutions, and drive North America standardization via standard Engineering Work Processes
Provide regional/network mastery and accountability in areas such as Capital Systems Management, Construction Management Process, Material Handling Systems Automation, etc
Manage small to large scale projects related to physical distribution and customization of P&G products in Canada
Coordinate and execute specific project activities and apply technical leadership skills to deliver successful projects with benchmark capital cost, schedule, and high-quality outcomes meeting defined success criteria
Be on-site 5 days a week at the Brantford Mixing Centre starting November 2025, with possible early morning start times during key construction projects
