Shopify Expert (Remote)

Position Overview

Remote VA is seeking a dedicated, full-time Shopify expert to manage the Products section and Meta fields/tabs, and to provide customer service support. This role requires hands-on experience working within Shopify, especially with the Products section, and the ability to confidently handle multiple vendors over time. While training will be provided for certain tasks, we are ideally looking for someone who already has strong Shopify knowledge and can contribute ideas and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings in Shopify.
• Work with Meta fields/tabs for product organization and display.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors for product information and updates.
• Handle customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to improve store operations and user experience.
• Suggest improvements or automations for Shopify processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Shopify, especially within the Products section.
• Understanding of Meta fields/tabs in Shopify.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in specific workflows.
• Bonus: Ability to share expert-level insights and contribute to process improvements.
