Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of e-commerce experience, ideally involving site coordination or management, strong proficiency with Shopify, and the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized without constant oversight. Responsibilities

The Shopify E-commerce Specialist will coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and routine site updates in collaboration with marketing and development teams, manage product listings by uploading descriptions, imagery, SEO details, and merchandising collections, identify bugs, broken links, and display issues, and communicate fixes clearly to the developer. They will also monitor Shopify apps, troubleshoot issues, and research potential tools to improve performance or efficiency, pull and organize reports on traffic, product performance, and conversion metrics to support strategic decision-making, and work with the team to ensure a seamless and visually consistent e-commerce experience.
