This is a full-time shop position in Salt Lake City, UT, requiring on-site work in the manufacturing shop.

Strong managerial skills are needed to manage crews, delegate workload, set production goals, and meet deadlines. Experience with fabrication of commercial glazing products like unitized curtain wall, storefront systems, glass frames, doors, and hardware is essential. Additional skills include training team members, ensuring quality with QA/QC, safety compliance, and problem resolution.
