Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment
  • MRP experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good record keeping skills
  • Ability to operate materials handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
  • Ability to perform physical demands in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, grime, heat) while wearing appropriate PPE

Responsibilities

  • Prepares shipments, including documentation, for outbound shipments
  • Manages the Returned Goods process according to the Returned Goods SOP
  • Delivers stock to the appropriate staging area for departments
  • Puts warehoused items in designated storage areas and rotates stock according to receipt date and expiration dates
  • Notes short-dated materials upon receipt (less than 30 days shelf life) and reports to Warehouse Manager
  • Assists in cycle count and full physical inventory
  • Assists in order entry, picking, packing, and delivery of internal and external orders
  • Assists in preparation, receipt, and distribution of internal, inbound, and external mail
  • Performs other duties as required
