Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sorter operation: remove full totes, replenish empty totes, scan totes/locations, rearrange units for proper fill rates
  • Manage product deliveries: prepare/review/verify documentation, process/count/separate/scan product, operate software to track product, unload product, organize/transfer inventory to stations, maintain records/logs/forms
  • Stock drugs: open boxes safely, monitor/adjust for product size, label/scan/sort drugs to correct locations, transport/place drugs, store excess on overstock shelves/racks, drive forklift for skid items
  • Maintain inventory quality/accuracy/integrity: remove damaged/expired product, resolve discrepancies, inform management of issues, provide basic equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning, changing labels)
  • Complete work assignments: use policies/data/resources, collaborate with others, identify priorities/deadlines, carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
  • Ensure accurate packing/shipping: pack prescriptions, scan leaflet/medication, place on conveyor, handle temperature-sensitive meds, include supplies, stock workstations, process/label shipments, complete/verify paperwork
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards; implement action plans, use Open Door Policy
