Requirements

Ability to use a digital handheld device (RF scanner) to locate, pick, and verify merchandise orders from the selling floor
Safe navigation of a large picking cart around the club, including during club hours
Assembly of cardboard boxes and packing orders in a safe and damage-free manner
Moving pallets of supplies using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment
Assisting with loading UPS/FedEx trucks and shrink wrapping pallets
Frequent lifting of merchandise
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty, integrity, lead with the member in mind, escalate concerns appropriately
Ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively as a team
Move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, maintain a friendly and positive attitude
Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Maintain a clean and organized SFC Area, inside and out, and deliver GOLD club standards daily
