Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production activities within the assigned team, ensuring the execution of production plans and responding promptly to any issues
  • Monitor, verify, and approve process operations recorded in the documents
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards, dressing procedures, data integrity, and process operating procedures
  • Participate in the development of production plans
  • Promote and enforce safety and environmental protection regulations, ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Conduct investigations into process deviations and prepare the necessary reports
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality
  • Manage and oversee the training of new team members, ensuring proper onboarding and integration of new employees within the department
  • Actively participate in performance evaluation processes, fostering a collaborative work environment in line with corporate values
