Responsibilities

Coordinate production activities within the assigned team, ensuring the execution of production plans and responding promptly to any issues
Monitor, verify, and approve process operations recorded in the documents
Ensure compliance with GMP standards, dressing procedures, data integrity, and process operating procedures
Participate in the development of production plans
Promote and enforce safety and environmental protection regulations, ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Conduct investigations into process deviations and prepare the necessary reports
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality
Manage and oversee the training of new team members, ensuring proper onboarding and integration of new employees within the department
Actively participate in performance evaluation processes, fostering a collaborative work environment in line with corporate values
