Responsibilities

  • Deeply care for and coach your teammates
  • Support your GM and Training Team to coach and mentor new employees using the company’s LMS and progression pathways
  • Craft beautiful, well-executed coffee products according to company standards
  • Serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Maintain coffee quality standards across your store
  • Assist coffee trainers in ensuring recipes are up to date
  • Ensure your store maintains NYC DOH standards and achieves an A-grade inspection on every shift
  • Maintain operational excellence within the store
  • Spearhead individual, team, and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance
  • Regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to voice feedback, improvements, and contribute to the success of the store, customers, and team
