Responsibilities

  • Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Support the General Manager and Training Team in training new employees, ensuring they follow recipes, training, and uniform standards
  • Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder), ensuring cleaning duties are followed
  • Handle minor customer issues in a positive and solution-focused manner
  • Lead store-level initiatives with the operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and drive business performance
  • Regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to provide feedback and contribute to the store's success
  • Be one of the first staff members to work in the new location, setting the tone and creating lasting connections in the neighborhood
