Position Overview

Welo Data collaborates with technology companies to provide datasets that are high-quality, ethically sourced, relevant, diverse, and scalable to enhance their AI models. As a Welocalize brand, WeloData leverages over 25 years of experience partnering with innovative companies and a global community of over 500,000 AI training and domain experts. We offer services in:

• ANNOTATION & LABELLING: Transcription, summarization, image and video classification and labeling.
• ENHANCING LLMs: Prompt engineering, SFT, RLHF, red teaming, adversarial model training, and model output ranking.
• DATA COLLECTION & GENERATION: From institutional languages to remote field audio collection.
• RELEVANCE & INTENT: Culturally nuanced and aware ranking, relevance, and evaluation to train models for search, ads, and LLM output.

We are looking for individuals to join our Welo Data team who bring practical, applied AI expertise, strong academic experience, and a deep working knowledge of state-of-the-art AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to elevate our clients' Data.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean and Japanese | 韓国語および日本語のネイティブまたはそれに近い流暢さ
• Resident of South Korea or Japan | 韓国または日本在住
• Fluent in English | 英語力がある方
• Familiarity with digital tools | デジタルツールに慣れている方
• Detail-oriented and curious | 細部に注意を払える好奇心旺盛な方
