Requirements

  • 3+ years of campaign management experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 3+ years designing marketing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • English proficiency required for interactions with stakeholders across Canada, US, and global footprint
  • Eligible for Reliability Clearance Status

Responsibilities

  • Gather technical and business requirements in a consultative manner
  • Quickly assess new projects to identify scope and level of effort
  • Work with the customer to understand their unique business challenges and initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud workstream ensuring that data is connected appropriately
  • Configure, build, and test journeys or automations based on proposed designs
  • Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, development, testing, and implementation
  • Educate and lead others through code reviews, workshops, and documentation
