The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator will administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, configuration, upgrades, and security settings. They will configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements, develop and manage Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. The role involves performing system troubleshooting, supporting upgrades and patching, integrating with third-party applications, enforcing best practices, and generating reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
