Responsibilities
Manage tire bay operations at the club level
Manage tire sales
Ensure proper installation and repairs of tires
Supervise tire bay team members
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Support team member engagement within all areas of responsibility to enable application of policies, procedures, and compliance
Lead with the team member and member in mind to address concerns and escalate as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for team members and members
Guarantee service excellence through all points of contact and set service standard expectations
Provide team support and empowerment to resolve every member concern
Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily: Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out
