Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the introduction and end-to-end product lifecycle of new Managed Services (MS) offers and capabilities
Manage complex MS introductions following defined processes, governance, and best practices
Lead MS activities supporting new HPE GreenLake 'as-a-service' service introduction projects
Represent MS within strategic HPE GreenLake service introductions
Work with broader core team to ensure MS component of service is properly defined, incorporated into service and associated business processes
Ensure delivery organization is ready to deliver managed services
Develop and enable MS service
Manage project teams and internal partners
Ensure progress against established plans and make decisions based on available information
Work with delivery readiness leads to ensure right people, processes, and tools are in place and prepared to deliver against service definition
Develop and enforce processes and best practices
Collaborate with global teams
Work with other stakeholders
Develop and deliver cloud-like experiences
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
