Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of working experience)
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment
Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on experience with engineering processes
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, improve and document repair processes to reduce repair costs, and increase dealer repair efficiency
Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repair activities
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
Evaluate equipment, tools, and materials for repair operations, making recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
Train and support technicians and operators on new and existing repair procedures
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for repair processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Maintain detailed records of process changes, repairs performed, and outcomes for traceability and reporting purposes
