Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of working experience)
  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment
  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, improve and document repair processes to reduce repair costs, and increase dealer repair efficiency
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repair activities
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Evaluate equipment, tools, and materials for repair operations, making recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
  • Train and support technicians and operators on new and existing repair procedures
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for repair processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Maintain detailed records of process changes, repairs performed, and outcomes for traceability and reporting purposes
