Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain the highest levels of professional conduct whilst representing the company and demonstrate an exemplary attitude that is supportive of colleagues and broader company objectives
  • Impact on regional commercial activity significantly and positively by demonstrating outstanding commercial awareness, setting an exemplary individual standard, and developing the clinical team, including: mapping out full scale of opportunity within regional diaries, supporting and coaching clinical teams, joining clinical team on strategic and commercial field visits, delivering high-quality clinical reviews at sites, creating accountability through regular meetings and calls, constructively challenging teams on unrealized opportunities, creating and executing strategic action plans, reconnecting with historical NHS sites/contacts, and utilizing network relationships for expansion
  • Deploy strategic and creative plans to turn vision to reality (e.g., gaining access to PCN/CCG)
  • Increase the volume and accelerate the rate of NHS referrals by the clinical team to the SDL team whilst maintaining quality and conversion, acting as triage for practice-level opportunities appropriate for wider PCN opportunities, in collaboration with clinical and service development teams
  • Proactively seek out and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical key decision makers and influencers (e.g., business managers, PCN managers)
  • Support, coach, motivate, and empower the clinical team to succeed in their commercial development
  • Through supportive leadership, identify areas of underperformance or high performance within the clinical team to facilitate sharing of best practice and ongoing development, in collaboration with the Regional Business Manager
  • Drive directly commissioned NHS business growth to increase regional revenue in terms of clinical days and platform sales (e.g., QOF, DP, Attend2, Platforms) by keeping up to date with NHS changes, communicating developments to the company, and engaging with strategic decision makers
