High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of serving or bartending experience
Cash handling and POS experience
Ability to lift and walk with at least 30 pounds
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide and follow directions
Flexible work schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Team player with agility, flexibility, and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced changing environment
Use POS system to place orders and process payments
Actively support and contribute to all workstations including host stand, expo window, service bar, dish pit, etc
Understand and practice serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with Vermont State Liquor Laws
Maintain a clean and presentable work environment while adhering to food safety and sanitation practices
Execute opening and closing duties as directed
Effectively communicate with the culinary team to ensure orders are entered and delivered in a timely manner with accuracy
Display menu knowledge and confidently assist guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions
