Requirements

Final-year student looking for a 6-month full-time internship in marketing, growth, or content
Advanced use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable or others) including workflows, automation, agents or systems, not just simple prompts
Passionate about content creation and interested in scaling a modern, AI-powered content machine
Analytical thinker who tests, measures, and iterates to improve performance, not publishing content randomly
Knowledge of structuring processes and leveraging automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, etc.)
Desire for 6 intense months in a high-expectation team with real responsibility
Fluent in French; comfortable in English. Italian or Spanish is a plus
Experience integrating AI into daily workflow and automating processes (role not suitable otherwise)

Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation, optimization, and localization of content across European markets: France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland
Produce high volume of content including landing pages, articles, scripts, emails, posts, and marketing assets, using AI and LLMs as core accelerators
Build and optimize AI-first workflows to increase speed, quality, and consistency (content briefing, rewriting, semantic SEO, clustering, A/B testing, advanced prompting, etc.)
Use automation tools and structured processes to scale content operations and increase efficiency across the Growth team
Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure seamless journey from awareness to conversion
Track performance of content (SEO, MQL generation, conversion) and propose fast, data-driven optimizations
