Requirements

Hands-on SEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and/or Analytics
Drive integrated strategies, leveraging AI where appropriate to drive efficiencies, measuring effectiveness (rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue), and backing decisions with data
Superb client management skills, driving conversations with C-level executives comfortably, educating and empowering those who don’t understand digital, and connecting tactics to business goals
Strong conflict resolution skills, with ability to diffuse high-intensity situations for clients and team members
Consistent track record in seeing opportunities for account growth and driving increased revenue
Extraordinary leadership skills, dedicated to helping others
Based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours

Responsibilities

Grow divisional revenue primarily through retaining portfolio of clients, with up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate
Build and maintain strong client relationships rooted in empathy, transparency, and desire to help them exceed goals
Manage and shape development of more junior team members, understanding their goals and guiding them toward growth opportunities
Help define the SEO team by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new members
Drive thought leadership by sharing knowledge on latest industry trends, tests, and trials with clients and the digital marketing community
Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies in workflows and share learnings with the team
Engage with C-level executives, discuss high-level strategy, illustrate business impact, and assist team members hands-on
