Candidates need a BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources, minimum 7 years of water resources experience, hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience with common software, Maryland or Virginia PE license (NC/SC preferred), and CADD experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills are also required.

Experience with MDSHA, NCDOT, SCDOT, and the Carolina market is ideal for growth into management.
