Candidates need a BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Water Resources, minimum 7 years of water resources experience, hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience, North Carolina PE license (SC PE preferred), NCDOT experience preferred, and CADD experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads.
