Gravie is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of ICHRA Engineering to lead the development and scaling of a new, dedicated platform for our innovative ICHRA product. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager of the ICHRA business unit. The ideal candidate is a senior technology leader passionate about early-stage platform development, with a desire to significantly influence product architecture, engineering culture, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with enterprise IT leadership to ensure the platform's compliance, security, and scalability.
