Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of product management experience in an enterprise SaaS environment and a proven track record of successfully managing products with a strong focus on UI/UX. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail, and experience with agile development methodologies are also mandatory. A portfolio or examples of work showcasing contributions to successful product launches is required. Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX/UI Product Manager will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on the user interface and user experience of the product. This includes conducting user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify opportunities for product improvement. The role involves defining and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and working collaboratively with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, elegant, and effective designs. The Product Manager will partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations, and serve as the voice of the user, championing their needs throughout the development process.
