Able to guide design system thinking and implementation
Passionate about data-rich, insight-driven design and confident with synthesizing design impact to leadership
Experienced designer of AI products, dashboards, workflows, and analytics UX
Comfortable working in a technical environment, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in AI, IoT, and reliability services
Proactive, thoughtful communicator who invites feedback and encourages collaboration
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing captivating user experiences

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to pixel-perfect execution, to create exceptional user interfaces that align with brand and product vision
Apply deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions that elevate user experiences across mobile and web interfaces
Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go-to-market teams, and customers to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable design improvements
Accelerate cross-functional POD success by engaging in agile ceremonies across R&D and customer PODs to rapidly design and iterate world-class solutions
Rapidly sketch, mockup, and create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to development teams and stakeholders
Champion design process, consistently communicating and educating on best practices, maintaining design systems that ensure a unified visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, proactively integrating them into design approach across information architecture, interaction design, UX research, and UI design
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the design team
