Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail and usability
Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances usability
Skilled in translating research findings into actionable design solutions
Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews
Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles
Ensures designs launch as intended through close partnership with engineering
High standards for design quality and continuous improvement
Curious, data-informed, and passionate about understanding user behavior
Strong collaborator able to effectively communicate with other team members across the R&D organization
Self-learner who enjoys researching and applying relevant UX trends
Thrives with rapid, iterative design and development processes

Responsibilities

Create deliverables for the entire design process, including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes
Identify, define and promote UX best practices, including templates
Identify, collect, and analyze data to inform user experience decisions, including web metrics, customer support data, and other sources
Monitor and apply relevant UX trends
Serve as a UX advocate within the organization
