Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in trust administration, preferably within a brokerage or investment firm. Strong knowledge of various account types, including Individual/Joint, UTMA, IRA, Trust, Corporate, and Partnerships is required, as well as the ability to read and interpret trust instruments.

Responsibilities

The Senior Trust Officer - Client Services will communicate directly with clients, respond to their requests, and work to resolve issues to meet their needs, while also working with the FIS Trust System to provide administrative services such as generating customized reports and reviewing account activity. They will participate in client meetings, oversee and monitor transactions pertaining to outgoing and incoming cash movements, and maintain compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Furthermore, they will act as a liaison between commercial bank personnel, maintain good working relationships with clients and related professions, and represent the Trust Company in civic and professional settings.
