Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 10-12+ years of relevant experience, including over 5 years in management. Extensive experience managing global clinical trials in Nephrology indications is mandatory. A comprehensive understanding of therapeutic areas, clinical development guidelines, regulatory guidelines, and cross-functional project management principles (Time, Quality, Cost) is required. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Oversight Director is accountable for strategic portfolio management within the Nephrology Therapeutic Unit, providing therapeutic expertise in project delivery execution. This role involves reacting to escalations, provoking critical thinking in Project Leads regarding delivery operations, financial negotiations, and risk mitigation, and driving proposal strategy development. Responsibilities include managing client-specific portfolios, empowering Project Leads, providing insights for bid defenses, collaborating on business growth strategies, engaging in the Con Mod process, and supporting employee development by sharing expertise on client needs and therapeutic knowledge.
