  • Expertise in using approved scientific resources, publications, and tools like CE^3 for insights and call plans
  • Capability to prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
  • Knowledge of emerging data for approved indications and real-time medical support via Medical on Call

Responsibilities

  • Promote approved indications of BMS oncology products within the territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients in a balanced way
  • Engage HCPs with fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources, ensuring medical accuracy
  • Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with label
  • Organize external speaker programs, selecting from approved Speakers Bureau list and handling scheduling/logistics
  • Proactively use tools like CE^3 to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback for improvement
  • Build and maintain territory/account plans; collaborate cross-functionally with field teams for optimal HCP Customer Experience (Cx)
  • Gather and share relevant insights/information internally; liaise with BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically
  • Prioritize safe/appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results, performance objectives, and BMS values
