Experience with Agile and Scrum to lead teams to successful delivery

Ability to drive delivery using DE&E Technology processes, tools, and frameworks
Skills in development of scope of work and management of time, work-breakdown, cost, risk, and communications
Ability to facilitate team ceremonies
Ability to facilitate meetings/workshops with groups beyond the immediate delivery team
Ability to facilitate team through resolution of complex issues
Ability to drive workshops/meetings to conclusion and/or actionable outcomes
Ability to ensure group participation
Ability to develop and deliver outcomes/results/notes appropriate to the audience level

Responsibilities

Drive execution and delivery of a set of software development deliverables from start to finish
Lead delivery teams through identification and management of risks, resolution of issues, and escalation to management as appropriate
Facilitate team ceremonies, meetings, and workshops
Drive workshops/meetings to actionable outcomes and ensure group participation
Manage team dynamics, morale, and motivation
Deliver quality solutions that provide business benefits or solve problems on-time and within budget
Monitor and report on team metrics around delivery
