Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or possess equivalent engineering experience. A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering or program management with a focus on product launches or validation and testing is required. Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the execution of a Zoox Release company product/service milestone by establishing a milestone execution test strategy and collaborating with partner functional teams. They will define KPIs and methods to measure milestone success metrics, ensuring proper buy-offs in executive decision forums. The role involves providing concise communications to key stakeholders regarding program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments. Additionally, the manager will work closely with software, hardware, systems engineering, and operations teams to address issues and ensure appropriate attention is given to obstacles blocking a Zoox Release.
