Requirements

Candidates must have 12+ years of hands-on project management experience, with 6-8 years in a large to medium-sized software company. Preferred candidates will have 4-5 years of experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Excellent teamwork, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, time management, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and persuasion are essential. Exceptional relationship-building skills with empathy and social awareness are also required to work effectively with diverse global teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager will manage multiple large security programs and projects in enterprise environments, from business case to implementation. Responsibilities include developing detailed execution plans, managing financials, tracking progress, monitoring change control, testing, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The role involves providing status reporting to steering committees, leading strategic planning, streamlining work processes, engaging with the business to understand technical needs, and driving conversations with senior executives to define strategic business cases. Additionally, the manager will coordinate PMO activities, develop standardized program management processes, guide teams, provide technical solutions, and mitigate obstacles. A strong understanding of global cybersecurity themes, regulations, trends, tools, and terms is necessary.
