Requirements

10+ years experience working with SW applications running on POSIX Operating Systems (Yocto Linux, QNX, VxWorks), preferably in the Automotive industry
Graduate in B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Software/Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation/Information Technology/Telecommunication)
Strong knowledge and solid experience with Software requirements and architecture; tools: Polarion, Enterprise Architect or similar
Experience in developing Embedded SW products for the automotive industry, good knowledge of ASPICE processes and SW product lifecycle
Proficient in Embedded C/C++ and ARM Cortex A/R/M Based SoCs (e.g., NXP S32G, Jacinto7, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Samsung)
Experience with Yocto build system (cmake, bitbake, meta-layer) and version control tools (git, svn)
Must have experience with Yocto Linux and QNX
Knowledge of project management tool: Jira
OTA SW update knowledge
Good communication and analyzing skills

Responsibilities

Software requirements analysis (SWE.1) for integrating OTA SW Framework on the Aptiv SW platform
Software architectural design (SWE.2) necessary for OTA integration
Manage system requirements with good knowledge of Polarion and Automotive processes
Manage and maintain databases in Polarion
Facilitate transfer to customer projects and System groups
Interact with SW developers
