Requirements

Candidates must possess an active security clearance and at least 6 years of experience in configuring and developing complex integration technologies. A minimum of two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification are required. The role also demands demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers, providing thought leadership on business process and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Consultant will serve as the functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Integrations and designing transformative integration architectures to support AI solutions. Responsibilities include devising integration development plans and strategies, implementing ServiceNow AI offerings like Virtual Agent and Generative AI, developing solutions based on user requirements gathered in workshops, and coordinating activities with other developers. The consultant will ensure best practices in integration processes, act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to Integrations and AI solutions, check and correct conflicts in data configurations, analyze and improve instance configurations, and identify, debug, and advise on system errors or architecture issues.
