Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR 5+ years of client facing experience in a technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity, OR 5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications
  • Workday Integration & Workday Studio Certification
  • Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technology
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience in leading presentations and requirements gathering sessions
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to lead integration projects from planning through execution
  • B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in integrating Workday VNDLY with various external applications, including Workday, to support and enhance customers' contingent labor programs
  • Lead complex technical workstreams
  • Design and implement solutions that align with customer requirements
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization across systems
  • Work closely within cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements and implement creative solutions
