Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • +3 years of relevant IT work experience
  • Fluent English
  • "Can-do" attitude and strong communication skills
  • Practiced ability to analyze, develop, and implement technical solutions
  • Ability to execute test plans, create test cases, test data, and contribute to appropriate software development (including programming languages)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the development and performance of a specific functionality for a business using the Digital Platform product
  • Own the definition and proposal of solutions for specific problems, maximizing capabilities of the channels team and internal assets
  • Work integrated into one or several development teams
  • Create user stories in line with business product owner peers
  • Coordinate testing activities and approve release plans
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to optimum technical quality & performance standards within managed IT products
  • Maintain a clear vision of user experience in any digital channel and focus user stories on optimal user experience
  • Translate user stories into detailed technical requirements and technical tasks for developer squad teams, providing a systems perspective and identifying impacts and dependencies
  • Ensure documentation of applicable definition of ready / definition of done requirements
  • Support stakeholders to prioritize user stories, technical items, defects from L0/L1/L2 IT Operations, and L3 support tickets (based on criticality and customer impact)
  • Support development squad teams to rebalance effort between user story development and defect/ticket resolution on a daily basis
  • Facilitate critical dependencies management within the IT product and across products
  • Support the development and execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria, coordinating all test activities and ensuring stories meet acceptance criteria
  • Analyze and report delivery progress, risks, and opportunities
