Senior Tech Lead - Remote

Position Overview

Mindera is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies. You will be instrumental in guiding our engineering team, driving technical decisions, and shaping the future of our projects.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in software engineering.
    • At least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Previous experience in the fintech industry is ideal.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in backend technologies.
    • Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
    • Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable working in agile environments.
    • Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
  • Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
