Requirements

University degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of industrial experience, with proven success leading electrical engineering teams
Hands-on experience in product development, validation, and testing
Experience on power electronics and high speed interfaces
Proficiency in electrical engineering tools (KiCAD, Altium, or similar)

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Electrical Engineering team, mentoring engineers and driving high performance
Oversee the design of complex, explosion-proof, safety critical electronic systems for our robotic products
Oversee the design of PCB testers to ensure high quality and yield in production
Define team development plans, allocate resources, and support individual career progression
Review and release technical documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, reports, and specifications, following electrical design standards
Ensure robust, reliable, and cost-effective designs through structured development and stage-gate processes
Develop and implement engineering processes and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration across the team and between departments
Drive product care, field inspections, and lifecycle improvements
Maintain clear, high-quality documentation, including assembly, service, and user manuals
