Requirements

  • Updated on Tax Reform legislation, NFe notes and related discussions
  • Experience as a tax key user in high complex projects involving process and system changes
  • Experience with Indirect taxes, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS and ISS
  • Experience with Withholdings, IRRF, ISS, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, INSS, CIDE
  • Knowledge about Ancillary obligations: SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, Block K, REINF
  • Update Layout: NFe, NFSe, SPEDs e REINF
  • SAP – table parameterization in J1BTAX related to taxes
  • English for spoken/verbal interaction

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Tax Reform Project changes with IT and business
  • Work on SAP rollouts projects, as well as tax improvements, acting as a link between the business team and the IT area
  • Follow up of projects with partners and backlog of calls with IT
  • Monitor legal updates (Federal, State and Municipal legislation), technical notes and ancillary obligation and drive necessary changes to maintain compliance
  • Represent the department as a multiplier of system and process knowledge
  • Support the review of training materials
  • Be a reference for the tax team on topics related to legislation interpretation and system changes
  • Be a reference for the business as tax expert to support the operation
