Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology or Human Resources is preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a multinational company, dealing with recruiting activities, competency based interviews and effective stakeholder management, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in English and in Spanish are mandatory skills
  • Motivation to be part of a multicultural and international Talent Acquisition team, where recruiters, TA leaders and HRBP’s work hand in hand and in a very dynamic way with each other
  • Good sense of humor and a true team player (these will be thoroughly assessed during our recruitment process)
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Positive, a “roll up sleeves” mindset and a proactive approach to talent acquisition, able to redirect the course of action if needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BIOMÁS/IMSA leaders and other departments to gather and analyze hiring needs
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for a variety of profiles and seniority levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hires
  • Manage pre-employment medical checks and all required documentation for new hires
  • Coordinate and communicate with new employees, liaising with local HRBP’s regarding pre-boarding tasks (welcome emails, initial training, induction, and onboarding)
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare progress reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across the site to understand their needs and translate these into deliverables
  • Liaising with the local HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to ensure clear communication
  • Update and maintain our ATS (Workday)
  • Screening and assessment activities to understand active candidates’ eligibility for our roles
  • Coordinate all interviews’ scheduling (both virtual and onsite)
