Senior Syndicate Accountant at AIG

Responsibilities include group syndicate reporting to the parent company, first level review of Lloyd’s regulatory reporting including tax, gross and RI premium ultimates for Actuarial, annual report & accounts, maintaining efficient syndicate accounting processes, analytical review, SOX controls, team supervision and development.

Candidates need to be a qualified accountant with 5+ years PQEs, significant Lloyd’s reporting experience, good knowledge of financial processes and controls including SOX, good knowledge of Lloyd’s accounting and processes, people management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in SAP & Excel (Powerpivot/Powerquery preferred).
