The Senior Support Engineer will serve as the dedicated technical resource for strategic API customers, providing deep troubleshooting assistance and educating customers on platform usage. They will act as a technical expert for the API platform, partner with engineering and customer teams to resolve complex issues, and build strong relationships with customer leaders to ensure application success. Additionally, they will operationalize solutions at scale based on learnings from customer issues and provide support coverage during holidays and weekends as needed.
