Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Planning (Supply, Demand, Materials, etc.), Manufacturing and/or Logistics functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organization and cross-functionally
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle several tasks simultaneously while meeting deliverables
  • Ability to guide peers, teach, and train others
  • Passion for the orderbook, sport, and storytelling
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive and maintain consistent standards, communications, and delivery of a Sport to the Marketplace
  • Display clear and effective communication with all cross-functional partners, utilizing various forums ranging from one-on-one meetings to formal presentations

Responsibilities

  • Deliver results with SAP and communicate challenges clearly to partners
  • Collaborate effectively with others across supply chain, planning, and stakeholders (e.g., GM of Sport, Marketing, Brand, Planning, Business Integrations, Marketplace Supply Chain Account and Direct Teams, Integrated Flow Planning (IFP), and Transportation)
  • Obsess over the orderbook and support the sport offense
  • Monitor and execute Launch Product to ensure coverage to the marketplace is complete and on time
  • Ensure all deadlines are adhered to in coordination with the code calendar and communicated to all cross-functional partners
  • Establish a cross-functional network with unified alignment, ensuring all members work collaboratively toward a shared initiative
  • Communicate and share information, acting on the orderbook for assigned sport
  • Represent the performance of Seasonal Readiness and Sr. leadership through forums and executive update settings
  • Serve as the hub for the sport in the Marketplace Supply Chain, driving insights and communication across consumer teams and account teams
  • Facilitate communication and actions between Planning and Marketplace teams for seasonal readiness in assigned sports
