Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or electro-optics Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or a similar quality-related position. They should have experience in QC or QA within interconnect/cable products, cable and mechanical production processes, and optical integration production lines, with familiarity with industry standard specifications such as IPC, JEDEC, and MIL Std.

Responsibilities

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will manage and monitor Contract Manufacturer (CM) and sub-supplier quality performance, tracks, analyzes, and leads initiatives for end-to-end quality aspects, actively represent NVIDIA Quality in customer and supplier management reviews/audits, manage non-conformance of incoming material/product quality issues through the NVIDIA Material Review Board (MRB) system, perform risk assessments and mitigations for New Product Introductions (NPI), continually work with suppliers to improve quality, implement process control, and quality plans, analyze supplier capabilities, develop and maintain supplier quality metrics, conduct Contract Manufacturer (CM) and Supplier Quality Process/System Audits, lead problem-solving activities for ongoing quality improvement, and provide clear communication in English.
