Requirements

  • Master degree in mechanics, automation, robotics, industrial engineering or similar
  • Well developed skill of understanding of technical documentation – pneumatics, electrical and mechanical
  • Communicative Polish language
  • Communicative English knowledge
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Proficient in using maintenance software (CMMS preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Experience and knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive equipment maintenance
  • Practical skills and knowledge of industrial equipment and network
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
  • Experience with CNC machines, conveyors, robotics, or other industry-specific machinery
  • Experience in maintenance processes optimization projects
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
  • Nice to have: SEP G1 D, G2 D, G3 D certificates
  • Nice to have: Experience within MedTech, pharma, food or any highly regulated environment based on GMP

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians
  • Ensure timely maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery
  • Develop, implement, and improve preventive maintenance programs
  • Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and downtime
  • Work closely with production managers to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Order spare parts, tools, and materials as needed; manage maintenance inventory
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff
  • Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all maintenance areas
  • Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to upper management
  • Report to supervisor’s any observed non-conformities related to health and safety/environment and quality and efficiency of production process, raw materials and product
  • Make suggestions regarding potential causes of observed non-conformities and potential solutions
  • Actively participate in the implementation of simple process and technological improvements
  • Initiate and lead process and technological entitlement processes
  • Collect batch data for statistical processing in the validation process of changes / new implementations
  • Carry out simple statistical analyses as requested and indicated by the production engineer
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and rules – art. 211 of the Labor code
  • Compliance with global policy in relation to health and safety, fire protection and environmental protection as well as other requirements resulting from insurance company standards
  • Compliance with resolutions, procedures and instructions of health and safety management system in relation to the position held
  • Report near misses and improvements in health and safety, fire protection and environmental protection areas
  • Conduct BBS observations according to the agreed schedule
  • Participation in selected activities from health and safety, fire protection and environmental protection areas
