Requirements

Education beyond high school including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses
3+ years experience in Industrial Maintenance (preferred)
Experience with Anhydrous Ammonia Mechanical Refrigeration and High-Pressure Boiler maintenance and management (preferred)
Basic computer skills (e.g., checking electronic mail, entering data into document templates, creating simple queries)
Supervisory skills for managing a group of personnel performing identical and related tasks
Ability to travel 1 to 5 trips per year

Responsibilities

Planning and supervising the execution of cost-effective and timely maintenance for all equipment
Directing, coordinating, and supporting maintenance personnel
Working with contractors, vendors, or company engineering in the modification or installation of equipment
Troubleshooting and resolving new or different technical problems regarding equipment
Maintaining relevant records and ensuring OSHA standards and programs are implemented
Instructing in the use of personal protective equipment
Implementing new ways of improving ergonomics within the facility
Maintaining compliance with Process Safety Management Standards
Skill development of team members
Management and maintenance of High Pressure Boiler, Compressed Air System, Hot Water Generation, and HVAC systems
Coordinating Team Member schedules
Handling time and attendance records
Holding monthly safety meetings
Performing other responsibilities as assigned
