10+ years’ experience in Construction Supervision with extensive experience in concrete structures
Trade certificate or equivalent qualification
Construction Induction Training (White Card)
RIW Card
Current First Aid certification
Current driver license

Responsibilities

Lead structures delivery on site with both pre-cast and FRP works
Enforce safety and quality standards
Manage resources and critical path
Coordinate self-performing teams and subcontractors
Monitor progress, drive program and report to leadership
Execute construction plans with support from the Superintendent
Resolve site issues promptly
